In April 2009 a load of us (12 infact) went to Harris to play radio, this follows on from Mull in 2008.  Seamus and Lado made some good youtube videos you can see below.

I've been playing on and off on 4m for nearly 10 years.  I started with an FM PMR then gave it up but with more EU countries getting access to 4m and the changing band conditions I've decided to have a go on it again.  I bought an OZ2M 10m <> 4m transverter to go with my Icom IC-756pro3.  I've now got my hands on an old Bremi BRL-200 CB amp which I'm converting to 4m.
